Meet Beth Bryan, PharmD

— Founder, Innovator, Fighter

Independent doesn’t mean alone. I’m a pharmacist, owner, and systems‑builder who helps pharmacies and clinics move from survival mode to sustainable growth. I fight for local care to stay local—and I bring the playbook to make it profitable.


My Story:

I opened Surgoinsville Pharmacy in 2012 to keep care in my hometown. Over the years, reimbursement pressure forced us to reinvent how independent pharmacy survives—and serves. We built out clinical services, med‑packaging at scale, and ultimately launched a clinic to handle more care in‑house. Today, through InnovateRx Advisors, I help other owners do the same: introduce direct‑pay care, stabilize revenue, and systemize operations so the whole business can breathe.
